     Air filled seal shaft for to drive. When washing , it can be changed to water.
     Fluidized granulation, the granule is round ball shape.fluidity is good.
     Compared to traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be reduced and the drying time is shorten. The dry mixing time is 2 minutes and the granulating time is 1-4 minutes per time. Compared with the traditional process , 4-5 times of efficiency is improved.
      Dry mixing ,humid mixing and granulating are finished in the same sealed container. It is satisty with the requirements of GMP.
      The whole operation is strict and safe.

 It is suit for pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, and chemical industry etc, The damp granule is made from powder,in this process, adhesive should be added in it.

      Powder material are mixed with adhesive in a cylinder and form to humid soft material by mixed oar at the bottom. Then it is cut by high-speed cutter and become uniform damp granules
