Desiccated coconut vibrant fluid bed dryer

VFBD is upgraded and remodeled from static fluid bed.It is add mechanism vibrant to fluid bed,this improve and solve some problems which static fluid bed has, such as dead area and formed channel flux, granule carry, heavy back mixed, reunite and block etc. 

 

When VFBD works,vibrant supply vibrant power, it is ,make raw material move forward in jump type on the air distributing board,meanwhile, raw material is contact with the hot air under this board and process heat transfer.Lower body supplies a stable and pressured wind room for bed layer.Adjust wind suction fan, make the material which on bed layer of the upper body preserve small minus pressure, maintain good operational environment and prevent powder fly out.Air distributing board can support material and make hot air equally distributed .

 

When operation,raw material is equally and continuously feed into VFBD,meanwhile,filtered air enters into wind rood through air inlet.After raw material is fall and spread on the distributing board,under the double action of vibrant force and distributed hot air by distributing board,raw material at suspended state and equally contact with hot airflow.After Adjust feeding quantity,vibrant parameters, wind pressure and wind speed at suitable conditions,raw material bed layer is formed even  fluidity state.Material particle is rapidly move together with heat medium ,this make heat transfer and quality transfer strengthened ,dried products is discharged from product outlet,evaporated moisture and wasted air through cyclone and after powder is collected which is exhaust outside.In limited range, processed capacity can be changed by adjusting related parameters.
