Benzoic Acid Cooling Spray dryer granule

General Description

 

high melting point material through spray dryer at the cooling air to make granule products has successfully applied in chemical industry, such as Urea, NH4NO3, High-pressure Polythene etc. those kind of material do not need evaporation in drying and granulating process, it is pure cooling process. Benzoic Acid has similar features with those materials. After its chemical reaction, Benzoic Acid temperature around 130-140C,liquid state,its freezing point is 122C.

4the surface which contact with material are all use stainless steel in order to avoid products pollution

5in order to guarantee high heat conduction intension,air flux velocity shall suitably increased but must be less than suspended velocity of products.

 

Part two working process

 

The high temperature from former working procedure through the pump and enters the atomizer,under the action of centrifuge, it is sprayed as spray drop group which exchange heat with the cooling air from top of tower, in this way, the product is cooled, majority of products are discharge from bottom of tower; the air which passed the heat exchanger with small quantity of dust is exhausted from the cone and enters into cyclone, then products are collected and waste air is exhausted.
